Refund & Return Policy

**Physical goods:** Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receiving the item, for any reason, at no cost. Returned items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories intact.

**Digital goods:** Because digital content begins delivering value immediately on download, it's excluded from the 7-day withdrawal right — but only once you've explicitly agreed to this at checkout (see the consent checkbox on the digital checkout page). If your download link fails or the file is corrupted, contact support within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement link.

**Refund method:** Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
